Hello, September: A New Season, A New Energy, and So Much to Celebrate

As summer winds down and fall approaches, I’m walking into September with an open heart, a clear mind, and a sense of quiet celebration. After a whirlwind year full of highs, lows, and transformation, I’m choosing to reset, reconnect, and pour my energy into what matters most—joy, creativity, and meaningful connection.

Can we just pause for a second and ask—where did August go?

I blinked and it was over. And from what I’ve heard, I’m not the only one who felt like it flew by in a single breath. Suddenly, here we are… September. A new month. A new season. A shift you can feel in the air.

And honestly, this September feels different for me.

2025 has been a whirlwind. A roller coaster of all the things. Life, work, growth, pivots, and a whole lot of personal stretching. Some moments have felt incredibly overwhelming. Others have been full of joy and breakthroughs. Most of my friends are right there with me—laughing through the chaos, trusting the process, and taking it one intentional step at a time.

But even in the midst of it all… something is shifting.
And this month, I feel it deeply.

I’m walking into this next chapter with an open mind.
Not rushing. Not pushing. Just choosing joy, choosing purpose, and letting things unfold. I’m embracing the slow, intentional rhythm that September brings. The kind that makes room for long dinners, cozy planning days, and the quiet creative energy that fuels my soul.

And… we’re celebrating something BIG.

If you’ve been following along, you know this has been a labor of love—truly. My new book, The Art of Celebrating: Inspiration and Ideas for Meaningful Gatherings, is finally on pre-sale. I know people say “labor of love” all the time—but this? This was blood, sweat, tears, edits, rewrites, long nights, and the deepest sense of care I’ve ever poured into a project.

Writing this book wasn’t just about putting ideas on paper.
It was about sharing my heart. My story. My philosophy on what it means to create moments that matter.

Every page is rooted in intention. In beauty. In meaningful connection. And I can’t wait for you to hold it in your hands and explore everything we’ve created.

So this September, I’m choosing:

  • Gratitude over hustle

  • Clarity over noise

  • Connection over perfection

  • Celebration over pressure

Because after everything we’ve navigated, we deserve to create space for joy—real joy. And that’s exactly what this new season is about for me.

Wherever you are this September, I hope you pause long enough to honor how far you’ve come—and give yourself permission to slow down and reset. If you’re ready to be inspired, The Art of Celebrating is officially available for pre-order.

Grab your copy here—and join me in celebrating life in all its forms it stand out

P.S.
This is just the beginning. I’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes moments from the book journey over the next few weeks, including the emotional, messy, beautiful parts no one sees. I hope you’ll come along for the ride.
