Long before Kesh Events existed, Akeshi understood that gathering people well was its own kind of art. Hospitality was inseparable from culture and family in the home she was raised in, where a table was never just a table, it was where people were welcomed, celebrated, and cared for.

Travel deepened that instinct. Experiencing hospitality and celebration across different cultures and corners of the world taught her that true luxury was never about extravagance for its own sake. It was about intention, warmth, and the feeling a moment leaves behind, a belief that would later become the foundation of everything she builds.

What began as a personal passion for creating meaningful moments grew into a career carried by that same philosophy. Over 15+ years, Akeshi has designed for ultra-high-net-worth and discerning clients around the world, always led by one question: how do we want people to feel? The work has grown. The belief behind it hasn't changed.

Today, that same instinct is carrying her into a new chapter, growing The Art of Celebrating into a full platform for elevated living, expanding her hospitality consulting work with brands and properties around the world, and sharing what she's learned through writing and speaking.
